- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (2 grams)
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon (2 grams)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams)
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram)
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional)
Steps
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions, typically about 20 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat from the cooked beef. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
