  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (2 grams)
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon (2 grams)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram)
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions, typically about 20 minutes.
