Steps
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, diced bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and break it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
