- Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 1 cup (150 grams)
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water, then combine it with 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until all water has been absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
