  • beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • broccoli florets - 100 grams

  • snap peas - 100 grams
  • onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • water - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • cooked rice - 2 cups, for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
