  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped for garnish
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining vegetable oil. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and add sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
