- Carrot, sliced - 1 medium
- Celery, chopped - 1 stalk
- Potato, diced - 1 medium
- Green beans, trimmed and cut - 100 grams
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Beef broth - 500 milliliters
- Bay leaf - 1
- Thyme, dried - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
