  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1/2, sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the beef is marinating, prepare the salad by combining mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef, cooking for about 4-5 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove the beef from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
  7. Top the salad with crumbled feta cheese and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
