  • Bell pepper (diced) - 1 medium
  • Zucchini (diced) - 1 small
  • Carrot (diced) - 1 medium
  • Canned diced tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
