- Canned diced tomatoes - 200 grams
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 grams
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the canned diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
