  • Egg noodles - 150 grams
  • Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Snow peas - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and minced garlic. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
