  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 200 grams
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parsley (fresh, chopped) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
