Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper, sliced carrot, and diced zucchini. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
