  • Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups
  • Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 150 grams
  • Carrot, diced - 1 small
  • Bell pepper, diced - 1/2 medium
  • Green peas, frozen - 1/2 cup
  • Green onion, sliced - 2 stalks
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced carrot and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Stir in the frozen green peas and cooked jasmine rice, breaking up any clumps of rice.

  7. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and add the sliced green onions. Mix everything thoroughly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or soy sauce if needed. Serve hot.
