- Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 150 grams
- Carrot, diced - 1 small
- Bell pepper, diced - 1/2 medium
- Green peas, frozen - 1/2 cup
- Green onion, sliced - 2 stalks
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
