- Bell pepper (green) - 1 medium, sliced
- Onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lime - 1, juiced

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tortillas (flour or corn) - 4, warm
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Sour cream - for serving (optional)

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables, stirring to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve the beef and vegetable mixture on warm tortillas, garnished with chopped cilantro. Add sour cream and salsa if desired.
