- garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt - to taste
- water - 100 ml
- sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the water, and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, mix well, and taste for seasoning, adjusting salt as needed. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
