  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce (halal) - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 50 milliliters
  • Green onions - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 5 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
