  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Beef broth - 250 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the beef mince to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
