Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in the diced zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot into the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
