Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 150 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 1 large

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked beef and spinach mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in 75 grams of mozzarella cheese, reserving the rest for topping.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
