- Fresh spinach - 150 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1 large
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and egg. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked beef and spinach mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in 75 grams of mozzarella cheese, reserving the rest for topping.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
