  • Bell pepper - 1 small, diced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and turn golden brown.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
