- Egg noodles - 100 grams
- Onion - 1 medium, diced

- Canned diced tomatoes - 200 grams
- Beef broth - 240 ml
- Soy sauce - 15 ml
- Worcestershire sauce - 10 ml
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 15 ml
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles and the beef mixture. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 1.5-liter casserole dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
