  • Sour cream - 100 grams
  • All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg noodles - 150 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Parsley - for garnish, chopped

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove the beef and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter, then sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender (about 5 minutes).
  6. Sprinkle the flour over the mushroom mixture, stirring to combine and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  8. Lower the heat and stir in the sour cream, mixing until well combined. Add the cooked beef back into the skillet and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve the beef and mushroom mixture over the cooked egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
