- Beef broth - 200 ml
- Sour cream - 100 grams
- All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Egg noodles - 150 grams

Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove the beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter, then sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender (about 5 minutes).
- Sprinkle the flour over the mushroom mixture, stirring to combine and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Lower the heat and stir in the sour cream, mixing until well combined. Add the cooked beef back into the skillet and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef and mushroom mixture over the cooked egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
