- beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
- button mushrooms - 150 grams, sliced
- bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- soy sauce - 2 tablespoons (low sodium)
- sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- green onions - 2, chopped
- black pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
Steps
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
