- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Mushrooms (sliced) - 200 grams
- Onion (diced) - 1 medium
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Beef broth - 150 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are softened.
- Add the beef broth and cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cream cheese has melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Transfer the beef and mushroom mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
