  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Gluten-free pasta - 150 grams
  • Onion - 1 medium, diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Gluten-free beef broth - 250 milliliters
  • Tomato sauce - 200 grams
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  5. Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture. Mix well to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
