Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green cabbage - 200 grams, shredded
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
