- Green cabbage - 200 grams, shredded
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
