  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons (for topping)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and drizzle with soy sauce. Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still bright green.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
