Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons (low sodium)
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the hot skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
