- Yellow bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons (low sodium)
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the hot skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
