  • Bone broth (beef or chicken) - 500 ml
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the bear fat over medium heat until it is fully liquefied.
  2. Add the finely chopped shallots and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced wild mushrooms, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and have released their moisture.
  4. Pour in the bone broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the coconut milk and chopped thyme, stirring to combine. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
