  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground bear meat, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the meat mixture into two equal-sized patties, ensuring they are slightly thicker in the center.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties to the skillet.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger toppings by slicing the avocado, tomato, and red onion.
  6. Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  7. To assemble the Bear Burger, place each patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with avocado slices, tomato slices, and red onion. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!
