  • Red onion - 1 small, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Mushrooms (button or cremini) - 200 grams, whole or halved
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
