  • Yellow Bell Pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red Onion - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Corn Kernels - 50 grams, canned or cooked
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
