  • 2 medium sweet potatoes - 400 grams
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil - 30 ml
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika - 5 grams
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 5 grams
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder - 5 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt - 2.5 grams
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper - 1 gram
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce - 60 ml
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped - 8 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Place the sweet potatoes on a grilling basket or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
