- 1/2 teaspoon salt - 2.5 grams
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper - 1 gram
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce - 60 ml
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped - 8 grams
Steps
- Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
