Ingredients

  • Seitan - 200 grams
  • BBQ sauce - 100 ml
  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2 pieces

  • Red cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
  • Carrot - 1 medium, grated
  • Vegan mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the shredded red cabbage, grated carrot, vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create the coleslaw. Set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Slice the seitan into thin strips and add to the pan, cooking for about 5 minutes until slightly browned.
