  • Ribeye steak - 2 pieces (about 250g each)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • BBQ sauce (gluten-free) - 100ml

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce to create a marinade.
