- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- BBQ sauce - 1/2 cup
- Slider buns - 4 pieces
- Coleslaw mix - 1 cup
- Vegan mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the drained jackfruit to the skillet and use a fork to shred it into smaller pieces, mixing it with the spices.
