- Pork shoulder - 400 grams
- BBQ sauce - 100 grams
- Gluten-free tortillas - 4 pieces
- Red cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
- Fresh cilantro - 20 grams, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a baking dish and cover it tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding it with two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with BBQ sauce until well coated.
