BBQ Pork Skewers
These BBQ Pork Skewers are a delicious low-carb option, featuring tender marinated pork bites grilled to perfection. Paired with a smoky homemade barbecue sauce, they are perfect for summer grilling or an easy weeknight dinner.

- Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Low-carb barbecue sauce - 100 grams
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce to create a marinade.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the low-carb barbecue sauce over the skewers.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
