Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Low-carb barbecue sauce - 100 grams
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce to create a marinade.
  4. Add the pork cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  6. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the low-carb barbecue sauce over the skewers.
  8. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
