Ingredients

  • Corn tortilla chips - 150 grams
  • Pulled pork (cooked) - 200 grams
  • BBQ sauce - 100 ml
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Jalapeños (sliced) - 30 grams
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 15 grams
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Green onions (sliced) - 30 grams
  • Lime wedges - 2

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pulled pork with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the corn tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Evenly distribute the BBQ pork over the tortilla chips.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the pork.
  6. Add sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced green onions.
