  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar-free ketchup - 4 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Liquid smoke - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a rub.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  4. In another bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, sugar-free ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and liquid smoke to create the barbecue sauce.
  5. Once the grill is hot, place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
