- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar-free ketchup - 4 tablespoons
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Liquid smoke - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a rub.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
