- Gluten-free slider buns - 4
- Coleslaw mix - 100 grams
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Score the skin of the pork belly in a crisscross pattern, then rub it with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the pork belly on a baking tray, skin side up, and roast it in the preheated oven for about 60-75 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.

- While the pork belly is resting, prepare the coleslaw by mixing the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Set aside.
