Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Gluten-free breadcrumbs - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • BBQ sauce - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients together until well combined, but do not overmix.
  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  6. While the meatballs are baking, heat the BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
  7. Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle or toss them in the warm BBQ sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
