BBQ Meatballs

- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Gluten-free breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- BBQ sauce - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients together until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle or toss them in the warm BBQ sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
