- BBQ sauce (sugar-free) - 60 ml
- Pepperoni slices - 50 grams
- Cooked bacon (chopped) - 50 grams
- Cooked sausage (crumbled) - 50 grams
- Red onion (sliced) - ¼ medium
- Shredded cheddar cheese - ½ cup
- Fresh parsley (for garnish) - optional
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and well combined.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt, and egg until smooth.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread the dough into a round pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sugar-free BBQ sauce evenly over it.
- Top the pizza with pepperoni, bacon, sausage, and red onion slices.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meats.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, slice, and serve.
