- Vegan cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the drained jackfruit and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the BBQ sauce to the jackfruit, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the jackfruit is heated through and coated in sauce.
- While the jackfruit cooks, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the base of the pizza dough.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ jackfruit mixture over the pizza base.
- Add the sliced red onion, bell pepper, and corn kernels on top of the jackfruit.
