- Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced

- Corn kernels - 1/2 cup (75 grams), fresh or frozen
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mash slightly with a fork to combine.
