  • Chicken wings - 500 grams

  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • BBQ sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  3. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through until the wings are golden and crispy.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the BBQ sauce by mixing the BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until combined and heated through.
  6. Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  7. Return the sauced wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
