  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
