- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Water - 3/4 cup (180ml)
- BBQ sauce (dairy-free) - 1/2 cup (120ml)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add water to the dry mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated, and then place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
