  • Cornstarch - 1/4 cup (30g)
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 3/4 cup (180ml)
  • BBQ sauce (dairy-free) - 1/2 cup (120ml)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Gradually add water to the dry mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated, and then place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
