- BBQ sauce - 1/2 cup
- Corn tortillas - 4 small
- Red cabbage - 1 cup, shredded
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it with the BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Return the BBQ-coated cauliflower to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- To assemble the tacos, place a generous portion of BBQ cauliflower on each tortilla, top with shredded red cabbage and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
