- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- BBQ sauce - 100ml
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped, for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
