- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon

- Ketchup - 100 grams
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar to create a rub.
- Rub the mixture all over the brisket evenly, covering all sides.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan and cover it tightly with aluminum foil.
