- Gluten-free burger buns - 2 pieces
- Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Pickles - 50 grams, sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; mix until just combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
