Ingredients

  • BBQ sauce - 100 grams
  • Gluten-free burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Pickles - 50 grams, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
